Shiftpace: Shift Planner
A rotating-shift calendar for nurses, factory workers, police, retail and other shift workers. See your shifts, days off and changes at a glance.

What it does
- Rotation templates. 4-on-4-off, 2-2-3 (Pitman), DuPont, 5-2, or build your own custom cycle.
- Shift types. Set up several shift types with colours and times. Overnight shifts are supported.
- Exceptions. Mark a swap, sick day, holiday, extra shift or skipped shift on any date.
Shiftpace Pro
- Pay estimate. Base rate plus night, weekend, holiday and overtime differentials.
- Calendar sync. Two-way sync with Apple Calendar. You pick the calendar, and you can share with family through a shared system calendar.
- Widgets. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets.
- Backup and export. JSON and CSV.
Your data stays on your device
Your schedule is stored on your iPhone. There is no account and no server that receives your shifts. Optional iCloud sync may come later, in your own private iCloud. See the Shiftpace Privacy Policy.
