By installing or using Shiftpace: Shift Planner you agree to these terms.
1. Estimates only, not payroll or legal advice
The pay estimate is calculated from the rates and dates you enter and is for information only. It is not payroll, tax or legal advice, and it does not apply the labour rules of any country. Your employer's pay records are the final word. You are responsible for checking your pay and your rights.
2. Your schedule
Shiftpace shows the schedule you set up. Check your official roster with your employer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed shifts, lost pay or any other loss that results from relying on the app. The app is provided "as is" without warranties. Errors in the data you enter will produce wrong results.
3. Subscriptions and lifetime unlock
- Some features require Shiftpace Pro: an auto-renewing annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime unlock. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The annual subscription includes a 7-day free trial. It converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app in addition to these terms.
4. Acceptable use
Do not copy, reverse engineer or resell the app, or use it unlawfully.
5. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected.
